CareerServe is hiring enthusiastic Counsellors / Telecallers and Interns for our Admissions Team. Your role will be to connect with prospective students, provide information about courses, and guide them through the application process.Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students
2. Share detailed information about various courses and career opportunities
3. Understand student interests and recommend suitable programs
4. Answer queries related to admissions, fees, eligibility, and the application process
5. Maintain follow-up records and ensure timely conversions
6. For Interns: Training will be provided, and internship certificates will be issued
Post Graduate
1. Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Interns
2. 0 to 4 years of experience in sales or telesales with revenue targets
3. Good communication skills
