About the Job
As a telecaller at Staffise, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers and generating leads through cold calling. Your excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in effectively communicating our products and services to clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
3. Providing accurate information about our offerings and addressing any queries or concerns
4. Achieving daily and weekly targets for lead generation and sales conversions
5. Updating customer databases and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
6. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
7. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies
