About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Explain and counsel customers to repay the overdue – Banking products
2. Ensure 100% 1st call to customer within 12 hours
3. Achieve collection parameters as per the company standard
4. Understand the credit concerns customers have when their loan or credit card gets rejected
5. Introduce CreditMantri and describe the services we offer
6. Provide service plan options on how customers can improve their score and become loan-eligible
7. Coordinate with the operations department on successful repayment & resolution of negative issues of credit bureaus
8. Explain about credit and CIBIL score to the customer.
