We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent English and Tamil proficiency for ALMI Blogging School Pro at Almi Production Land Solar Private Limited. If you have a passion for communication, sales, and customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students and provide them with information about our ALMI Blogging School Pro courses, highlighting the benefits and features
2. Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries from students regarding course details, pricing, and enrollment process, ensuring exceptional customer service
3. Actively follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and enrollments in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize the conversion funnel
6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional courses or products to existing students, maximizing revenue potential
7. Continuously update product knowledge, staying informed about industry trends and competition to effectively communicate the value proposition
