About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
2. Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information
3. Maintain customer data and update call status, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM or call log
4. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers
5. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or convert calls into sales depending on requirements
6. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and meet performance goals
7. Resolve customer issues politely and escalate complex concerns to the supervisor when needed
8. Build good customer relationships through professional communication
