Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to leads

3. Understand interest and book appointments
4. Follow up to confirm scheduled appointments
5. Update call details and appointment status in CRM
6. Answer basic questions from customers
7. Achieve daily calling and appointment targets
8. Coordinate with the sales/counseling team
