About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and leads.
2. Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers confidently.
3. Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into store visits or online sales.
4. Update CRM/lead sheet daily with status and next action.
5. Coordinate with the marketing and store sales team for appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
1. Minimum PUC or Graduate.
2. 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers also considered).
3. Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Telegu/Tamil is a plus).
4. Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
5. Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or retail preferred.
