About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. To handle a minimum of 3-5 team leaders with their team
2. To achieve the collection targets of the respective portfolios assigned.
3. Coordinate with the bank team with respect to day-to-day operations
4. Continuously monitoring tele calling teams' performance, suggest and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
5. Responsible for managing the attrition across assigned teams
6. Responsible for the smooth flow of the process relating to collections
7. Prepare and publish a report on daily team performance
