Key responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and process documents.
2. Work closely with development, QA, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
3. Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
4. Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to enhance comprehension.
5. Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure consistency with product releases.
6. Review and edit existing content for tone, style, and formatting consistency.
7. Contribute to the knowledge base and internal process documentation.
8. Ensure all documentation aligns with the company’s branding and documentation standards
