Taking remote Access, Troubleshooting.
Installing the application to the system.
Hands on exp of any cloud computing platform and Hardware
KRA's includes- cloud tech support ( internal + external stakeholders) product demonstration
Should have good knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure
Min 0-3 years of relevant exp or fresher computer background can also apply
