About the Role:
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for GLOBODOX users who need assistance. You will help troubleshoot issues, guide users through configurations, and ensure smooth product usage. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and helping users succeed.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer tickets and queries via email, chat, or phone.
2. Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration, and user access.
3. Assist users in understanding product features and best practices.
4. Escalate complex issues to senior support or the engineering team.
5. Create and update FAQs, help articles, and support guides.
