About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in understanding the hiring needs of the company and the job requirements for technical roles
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate status
5. Maintain and update candidate databases to track recruitment progress and pipeline
6. Participate in onboarding activities, including coordinating with the HR department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
8. Provide regular reports on recruitment status and progress to management
