2. Handle trading platforms, CRM tools, and back-office systems to ensure smooth operations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (trading, compliance, finance, and IT) for issue resolution.
4. Generate reports, maintain transaction records, and ensure data accuracy.
5. Support onboarding, KYC verification, and client account management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.
7. Identify process improvements and assist in automation initiatives.
