About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and test UAV and UGV systems, including propulsion, control, communication, and payload integration.
2. Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept design to prototype testing and validation.
3. Perform simulations, flight testing, and data analysis to improve system performance.
4. Work with multidisciplinary teams for avionics, mechanical, and software integration.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (DGCA, MoD, etc.).
6. Support production, maintenance, and field deployment activities.
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defence, commercial, and research sectors.
8. Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, defence organizations, and industry partners.
10. Support marketing and product demonstrations at exhibitions, trade shows, and client sites.
11. Contribute to strategic partnerships and collaborations for product development and scaling.
12. Provide technical inputs for pricing, costing, and contract negotiations.
