About the Job
We are looking for Teachers/Head Teachers for who can provide fun and enriching learning environment which takes care of the cognitive, physical, personal, social and emotional developmental needs of the children placed under her care and also be a team player, acting as a role model for her team of teachers and staff by exemplifying the right/KLAY values and code of conduct while planning and executing sessions, events, trips, interacting with parents and vendors or any other centre related activities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for delivering learning sessions to children as per the lesson plan and ensuring that the class is fun and enriching by thinking out of the box while planning activities and sessions.
2. Ensure that lesson plans and activities are prepared in advance.
3. Ensure that the lesson plan (post approval from the Curriculum Team) is implemented and that children are kept constructively occupied throughout the learning session.
4. Maintain required reports and records for every child.
5. Ensure that resources are utilized effectively and work towards minimising wastage.
6. Play a key role in enhancing the appeal of the centre/class with age-appropriate displays, learning resources, and fun, enriching activities.
7. Be well-versed with school policies and ensure that they are adhered to at all times.
8. Ensure that regular and relevant communication is sent to parents.
9. Ensure that observations and assessments of children are carried out regularly.
10. Ideate, plan, and execute events, trips, celebrations, etc., along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar.
11. Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the children.
12. Guide assistant teachers and support staff, providing feedback as required.
13. Notify the Centre Head of any areas of concern.
14. Interact with parents to discuss each child’s progress.

1. Designation: Early Years Facilitator
2. Reporting to: Centre Director
3. Experience : 0-2 years (Freshers welcomed)
4. Work Timings: 9hrs (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturdays half-day working
5. Qualification: Minimum 15 years of education (PUC + any graduation/3 years diploma or PUC + NTT/MTT/Early childhood development courses)
