As a talent associate, you will go beyond sourcing profiles to become a strategic advisor to both customers and candidates. You’ll capture role insights to create the perfect role DNA, refine AI-generated scorecards to align with customer must-haves, and ensure every search is guided by Qrata’s mission of building 1M careers in the Indian talent ecosystem.Key responsibilities:
A. Role discovery & research:
1. Deep-dive into customer needs, industry context, and company challenges to define what success looks like in each role.
2. Translate insights into tailored Role DNA and adjust AI-generated scorecards to reflect the nuances of each hiring requirement.
B. Advisory screening & candidate engagement:
1. Conduct thoughtful pre-screens that assess not just skills, but motivations and cultural alignment.
2. Score candidates accurately against Role DNA, providing customers with clarity in decision-making.
3. Build trust with candidates, guiding them through the interview process, aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
C. Customer partnership:
1. Act as a strategic advisor by simplifying hiring decisions and helping customers overcome decision fatigue.
2. Use Qrata’s analytics platform to share insights and weekly summaries that keep customers informed and confident.
D. Hiring excellence & execution:
1. Support offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding to ensure successful closures.
2. Maintain strong relationships with both customers and candidates, ensuring long-term trust and repeat engagement.
