Job Purpose: Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
2. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to source candidates and conduct initial screenings.
3. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
