Key Responsibilities:A. Hiring delivery & closure:
1. Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets within defined timelines (TAT).
2. Maintain quality of hire based on hiring manager satisfaction.
3. Ensure closure of positions as per agreed SLAs.
B. Sourcing & pipeline management:
1. Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future roles.
2. Use multiple sourcing channels effectively (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networks).
3. Ensure a healthy pipeline ratio for each open role.
C. Screening & shortlisting:
1. Conduct accurate resume screening aligned with job requirements.
2. Share quality profiles with hiring managers within agreed timelines.
