3. Conducting first-level screening calls to assess candidates' suitability based on role requirements
4. Gaining a strong understanding of job roles, the client's business model, and candidate profiles
5. Supporting both stakeholder relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
6. Managing the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles
