Key Responsibilities:1. Engaging regularly with HR leaders, key stakeholders, founders, and hiring managers
2. Contributing to company revenue by effectively progressing and closing client job openings
3. Conducting first-level screening calls to assess candidates' suitability based on role requirements
4. Gaining a strong understanding of job roles, the client's business model, and candidate profiles
5. Supporting both stakeholder relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
6. Managing the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles
