About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Studio Operations: Oversee seamless day-to-day studio operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and visual merchandising, to ensure a consistent, premium, and on-brand customer experience.
2. Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional in-studio experiences by engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, offering personalized design recommendations, and showcasing products with strong aesthetic and product knowledge.
3. Architect Relations: Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with architects and designers through regular meetings, calls, and collaborative initiatives to drive brand partnerships and visibility.
4. Performance Reporting: Prepare and share detailed performance reports and actionable feedback with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and campaign outcomes.
5. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-studio events and activations to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and generate new leads.
6. Lead Management: Manage and track sales leads from digital platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and email; ensure timely follow-ups and effective conversion of inquiries into sales.
