Key responsibilities:1. Generate leads from database and map them appropriately.
2. Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects.
3. Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses.
4. Route the leads to the appropriate department.
5. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students.
6. Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process.
7. Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team.
