About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Taking in all the responsibilities of a production manager.
2. Selecting, ordering, and purchasing the materials.
3. Ensuring the routine maintenance of the production equipment and supervising the work of the junior staff.
4. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and determining quality control standards.
5. Ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, and reporting the work to seniors.
6. Management of the warehouse, labor, quality checks, and other miscellaneous tasks.
