About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Social Media Management
1. Plan, curate, and execute daily social media activities across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Manage social media calendars and ensure timely publishing of content aligned with brand tone and visual identity.
3. Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance reach and visibility.
B. Content Creation & Video Production
1. Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for reels, stories, and video content that align with marketing objectives.
2. Manage end-to-end video production — including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
3. Capture photo and video content during brand events, shoots, and travel assignments as needed.
4. Ensure all visual content maintains brand consistency and adheres to quality standards.
C. Marketing Campaign Support
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships.
2. Support digital marketing initiatives, including performance tracking and reporting.
3. Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in social and digital marketing.
