About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Generate and close business opportunities through channel partners.
2. Identify potential channel partners and promote the company’s real estate projects to them.
3. Drive lead generation and client prospecting through effective partner engagement.
4. Maintain MIS reports to track walk-ins, leads, and conversions from channel partners.
5. Regularly coordinate with channel partners to stay updated on product offerings and client feedback.
6. Explore new channel partnerships to expand market reach and strengthen the network.
7. Organize and conduct channel partner meets during project launches and ongoing campaigns.
8. Train channel partners on project details, pricing, and unique selling propositions.
9. Record and analyze weekend walk-in data for performance insights.
10. Manage client queries efficiently to ensure a smooth communication process.
11. Follow up with clients post-visits to facilitate conversions and closures.
