About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Determine the requirements of the clients.
2. Convert client requirements into business requirements.
3. Convert business requirements into software requirements specifications. This SRS should be a go-to document for developers and testers.
4. Prepare API documents.
5. Work with the technical team, business team, and client POCs to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
6. Prepare user guides for our products.
7. Provide application content/email content/SMS content, etc.
8. Standardise content across products.
9. Gather usability feedback from Clients, designers, QA, and other teams.
10. Revise/Update documents as new issues arise/new requirements or changes arise.
11. Understand customer requirements, and our product creates the right valuable solution for the customer.
12. Strongly collaborate and support the sales team in upselling.
13. Work towards achieving fewer than 20% of service requests from the clients.
14. Create a detailed business analysis, out problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
15. Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
