4. Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing challenges such as poverty, abuse, and mental health issues.
5. Advocate for clients' rights and access to services within the community and government systems.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies and make adjustments as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress towards goals.
