We’re looking for a creative, music-loving social media specialist who can turn raw performance clips into high-energy reels and shorts, grow our Instagram and YouTube presence, and help shape a bold, modern online identity. A. Content creation & editing:
1. Edit 8–10 Instagram reels per month using raw footage.
2. Edit 10-15 Instagram posts/stories (Image-based)
3. Create 5–8 YouTube shorts monthly.
4. Creating with basic thumbnail designs.
5. Maintain consistency in music/style/brand identity.
B. Posting & management:
1. Upload posts with captions, tags, and hashtags.
2. Maintain regular posting schedule on Instagram & YouTube.
3. Optimise content for reach, engagement, and growth.
C. Growth & engagement:
1. Perform basic engagement: replies, comments, story posting (3–4 times/week).
2. Suggest trending ideas, audio, and formats suited for DJs.
3. Track and share monthly performance reports.
D. Coordination:
1. Work closely with the DJ’s support team for content planning.
2. Maintain clear communication on schedules and output.
3. Visit the club twice a week and produce content
