Key Responsibilities:1. Developing and implementing social media strategies
2. Planning the content calendar
3. Photography and videography skills are a plus; the Social Media Manager should be proficient in editing and creating reels.
4. Managing company's social media accounts
5. Creating and publishing engaging content
6. Overseeing social media campaigns
7. Collaborating with the graphic and sales teams
8. Should be well versed with graphic designing Software
9. Working on collaboration with targeted influencers
10. Compiling and presenting monthly analytics
11. Embracing creative liberty while ensuring attention to detail
12. Staying updated on industry best practices and evolving social media trends
13. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various teams
14. Incorporating influencer marketing strategies
15. Ensuring cohesive brand representation across all platforms
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Experience in developing content strategies
4. Strong writing and editing skills
5. Should have a good knowledge of creatives
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to multitask
8. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
9. Experience in graphic design/Illustrator is a plus
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, literature or related fields.
