About the Job
As a social media marketing manager at Triceria Solutions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is well-versed in the latest social media trends and strategies to help us connect with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:
A. Content strategy & planning:
1. Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
2. Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (primary focus)
3. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inspire fresh content ideas.
B. Content creation & publishing:
1. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
2. Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform.
3. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality content.
4. Video editing knowledge is a strong plus and a mandatory skill to learn over time.
C. Community engagement & brand presence:
1. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to maintain strong audience engagement.
2. Support online campaigns, contests, and live event coverage when required.
D. Analytics & optimization:
1. Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and website/social media traffic (SCO).
2. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
3. Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize content and campaigns.
E. Advertising & growth:
1. Assist in running ads across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor ad performance and provide recommendations for better ROI.
F. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
2. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
