About the Job
Position overview:The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and promote projects effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative, analytical, and communication skills with a deep understanding of digital trends.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and project goals.
Conduct audience and competitor research to identify opportunities and growth areas.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
Manage social media campaigns for films, music releases, and brand collaborations.
2. Content Creation & Management
Write compelling captions, scripts, and stories tailored for each platform.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce engaging visuals and videos.
Maintain consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all social channels.
Schedule and manage posts through tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
3. Community Engagement
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
Build strong relationships with the online community and influencers.
Handle online reputation and manage feedback with professionalism.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversions.
Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Track emerging trends and algorithm updates to enhance strategy.
5. Advertising & Growth
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Optimize performance for reach and ROI.
Explore new content trends and growth opportunities to expand brand presence.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, production, and PR teams for integrated brand communication.
Coordinate with artists, clients, and partner brands for campaign alignment.
Stay updated with evolving digital marketing tools and best practices.
Required skills & qualifications:
Technical & Creative Skills
Strong understanding of all major platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Basic knowledge of ad management, SEO, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Soft skills:

Strategic and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail and adaptability to fast-changing trends.
Education & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or production houses.
Experience in the film, music, or entertainment industry is a plus.
