About the Job
We are hiring an experienced Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram & Facebook presence from our home-office in Gurgaon. This is a full-time on-site position for a skilled professional (1.5–4 yrs experience) who can independently edit, schedule, and manage daily content output.Key responsibilities:
1. Edit & produce 4–6 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily using DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro
2. Add transitions, animated text, captions & brand watermarks
3. Create catchy thumbnails & write engaging captions
4. Maintain consistent posting schedule across all platforms
5. Research viral trends & new ideas to boost engagement
6. Track analytics & optimize strategy based on insights
7. Maintain brand consistency & organized file management
8. Optional: Assist during shoots (basic camera handling)
Who can apply:
1-3 yrs proven experience in social-media content & editing
Proficient in DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro & basic After Effects
Deep understanding of Reels/Shorts formats, algorithms & timing
Independent, efficient, detail-oriented worker
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
