About the Job
We are looking for a Social Media Lead who can take full ownership of ShuShu Naturals’ digital presence across all social platforms. This role blends design, content strategy, and performance tracking — ideal for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, understands brand tone, and can execute campaigns end-to-end. You will be responsible for managing brand visibility and engagement across Instagram, Founder LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other emerging platforms Threads, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan monthly social media & campaign calendars.
2. Skills in designing and video editing for the final creative outcome.
3. Write creative copy for reels, stories, ads & website.
4. Develop festive & product-based campaigns (e.g., Diwali, Halloween).
5. Coordinate visuals, AI prompts, and design briefs.
6. Manage product listings, offers & creative text for e-commerce.
7. Research trends, ingredients & seasonal skincare topics.
8. Ensure brand tone stays fun, honest, and relatable.
9. (Platforms Responsible for - IG, YT, Founder Linkedln, X, Threads)
Reporting To: Founder
