Key Responsibilities:A. Design and Visual Creation
1. Design social media posts, stories, infographics, event updates, and campaign visuals.
2. Create clean, structured layouts for presentations, reports, and announcements.
3. Maintain consistent use of brand colours, templates, typography, and tone across all assets.
4. Adapt and refine templates for faster content turnaround.
B. Content Publishing and Tracking
1. Upload scheduled posts across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Maintain an organised content calendar and asset folders.
3. Coordinate approvals and make timely revisions.
4. Track engagement, basic analytics, and share monthly performance highlights.
C. Community Management
1. Monitor comments, messages, tags, and mentions.
2. Respond politely and professionally to routine interactions.
3. Flag sensitive or high-priority queries to the senior team.
4. Represent each brand appropriately based on its audience and communication guidelines.
D. Coordination and Campaign Support
1. Gather updates, photos, and information from internal teams for social media content.
2. Coordinate with team leads to prepare announcements, updates, and event posts.
3. Maintain organised design assets, reference boards, and archives.
4. Assist with design for awareness campaigns, partnerships, milestones, and key events.
5. Create visuals for collaborations, celebrations, and public-facing initiatives.
6. Support occasional quick-turnaround design needs during events or launches.
