About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Content Creation:
1. Shoot and edit daily reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, wedding décor, exhibitions, and setups.
3. Create visually appealing before/after videos, walkthroughs, and highlight reels.
4. Maintain a consistent and brand-aligned content style.
B. Social Media Management:
1. Plan and schedule daily posts across social media platforms.
2. Follow and apply current trends, trending audio, and viral formats.
3. Write short and engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
4. Monitor engagement, comments, and basic analytics.
C. Event Coverage:
1. Visit event locations (weddings, corporate events, fairs, exhibitions) for on-site photography and videography.
2. Capture crowd shots, décor elements, setups, installations, and client requirements.
3. Coordinate with the event team for timely content collection.
D. Editing & Post-Production:
1. Edit reels, photos, and short videos using mobile or software tools.
2. Maintain folders, organize raw files, and ensure timely delivery of edited content.
3. Ensure all content meets quality and creative standards.
