Key responsibilities:We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Creator with a proven ability to produce high-performing content that drives views, engagement, and conversions.
The ideal candidate isn’t just creative — they understand how algorithms work, how to make content go viral, and how to consistently generate high view counts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
They should have a visible personal presence on social media and be able to show real evidence of reach, engagement, and growth from their own content.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and high-quality video, photo, and written content optimised for maximum reach.
2. Design and execute content strategies that increase views, watch time, and engagement rates.
3. Stay updated with trending sounds, topics, formats, and hashtags to ensure timely and relevant posts.
4. Edit and optimise short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) for virality and retention.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
6. Analyse performance metrics (views, reach, CTR, watch time) and adjust strategies for consistent growth.
7. Maintain a regular posting schedule across all platforms.
8. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.
9. Represent the brand on camera when needed.
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in creating content that achieves high view counts and engagement.
Strong personal social media presence with portfolio or links demonstrating content performance.
0-1 years of experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, or digital storytelling.
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, virality triggers, and audience psychology.
Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
Confident in front of the camera and comfortable creating self-led content.
Desirable skills:
Experience in running or supporting social media ads to boost reach.
Basic understanding of SEO for social media, keyword and hashtag optimisation.
Ability to pitch viral content ideas and script short-form videos.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics).
Performance Indicators:
View count growth and reach across all platforms.
Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
Increase in followers and brand visibility.
Consistency and creativity of published content.
