About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Website design & development: Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.
2. Theme & plugin management: Install, configure, and optimize themes, plugins, and third-party integrations to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
3. E-commerce implementation: Set up and manage Shopify stores including product listings, collections, payment gateways, and checkout optimization.
4. Website optimization: Improve page speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness using best practices and technical enhancements.
5. On-page SEO implementation: Execute on-page SEO activities such as meta tags, header structure, keyword optimization, internal linking, and image SEO to improve search rankings.
6. Content & design coordination: Work closely with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure websites align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
7. Analytics & reporting: Set up and manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking codes to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Website maintenance & security: Regularly perform backups, updates, and security checks to maintain website integrity and prevent downtime.
9. Troubleshooting & technical support: Identify and resolve bugs, errors, or UX issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
10. Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest web development trends, SEO techniques, and platform updates to ensure websites remain modern and competitive.
