As a Senior Telecaller at Nobrokerage.com, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, along with your solid knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Office, will be key in ensuring effective communication with clients.Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into sales
2. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
3. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
4. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
5. Assisting in the development of sales strategies and identifying opportunities for growth
6. Following up on leads and ensuring timely closure of deals
7. Contributing to the overall success of the sales team through your dedication and hard work
8. Handle data entry work.
