About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead outreach & conversion: Call and engage potential members from social media leads, referrals, and event databases. Explain ASCENT’s mission, membership benefits, and application process clearly and persuasively. Schedule follow-ups and coordinate next steps with the growth team.
2. Communication & coordination: Support WhatsApp and email outreach campaigns for follow-ups, event invites, and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, MarCom, Community) for lead handovers and tracking. Maintain timely and professional communication with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
3. Data & reporting: Update and maintain lead details in Zoho CRM and daily outreach trackers. Prepare and share weekly performance reports on calls, leads, and conversions. Ensure data accuracy and manage all records in compliance with internal processes.
4. Growth & chapter support: Assist the growth team in expanding ASCENT chapters across India. Support operational activities for onboarding new members and organising events. Help activate referral and partnership initiatives through consistent communication.
5. Stakeholder management: Build rapport with entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners through courteous, consistent engagement. Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach goals.
