As a senior telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your fluency in English and Hindi, as well as your proficiency in MS Excel, will be essential in providing top-notch service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
2. Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding products and services
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
4. Utilize MS Excel to track and report on sales metrics and customer interactions
5. Provide product information and pricing to customers in a clear and concise manner
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers
