About the Job
We are looking for a creative, fast, and Bollywood-savvy social media content manager to handle daily paparazzi-style content on our Bollywood Instagram page. The ideal candidate must be updated with Bollywood news, events, airport spottings, paparazzi culture, trends, and celebrity timelines, and should know how to grow and optimize content using Instagram algorithms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, edit & publish daily paparazzi-style posts, reels & stories
2. Stay updated with celebrity events, arrivals, parties, releases & trending gossip
3. Write engaging & SEO-friendly captions, headlines & hashtags
4. Maintain fast posting speed especially during viral/trending moments
5. Track performance insights & apply strategies to increase reach & engagement
6. Monitor competitor pages and follow current Bollywood and influencer trends
7. Coordinate with creative team for graphics, short edits & thumbnails if needed
