About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Actively monitor and implement online brand reputation management.
2. Know about creating various types of video content for Instagram Reels.
3. Possess a good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and related areas.
4. Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and technical teams.
5. Handle tasks related to posting, circulation, creating trending reels, designing, managing client accounts, and client interaction.
6. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
7. Design and implement social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
8. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
9. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content such as text, photos, videos, and news.
10. Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
11. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
12. Oversee the visual design of social media accounts, including cover images and profile pictures across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
13. Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
14. Stay updated with current technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications.
15. Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) Social Media Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value for clients; this includes profile creation, fan page optimization, and content sharing promotion on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
