About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US IT roles using multiple channels.
2. Effectively use job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
3. Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact efficiently with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of US tax terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
5. Ensure compliance with client requirements, hiring standards, and documentation processes.
6. Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee communication, and internal coordination.
7. Maintain financial records and assist with basic accounting-related tasks as required.
8. Stay self-motivated to meet recruitment, sales, and marketing targets consistently.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-ups across all activities.
