About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead end-to-end design projects from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
2. Develop detailed layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, and material selections reflecting the desired aesthetic and functionality.
3. Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to finalize designs and maintain smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Oversee site execution to ensure design accuracy, material quality, and timely delivery.
5. Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work to maintain design and technical standards.
6. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for sourcing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
7. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas into each project.
8. Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and brand design philosophy while maintaining a high standard of creativity and precision.
