Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
3. Performance Management: Assist in setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and supporting career development.
4. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.

📚 Qualifications & Skills
1. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 1–3 years in HR roles, preferably in financial services/startups.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of HR tools/software.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices.
