5. Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
6. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
8. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
