About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent photo editing skills, and a sharp design sense. The ideal candidate will not only create compelling visuals but also lead and guide our merchandising design team to deliver high-quality, innovative work aligned with brand vision.Key responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and design creatives for merchandise, apparel, and promotional materials.
2. Edit and retouch photos to maintain brand quality and consistency across platforms.
3. Develop print-ready designs and ensure files meet production specifications.
4. Collaborate with the merchandising team to translate ideas into visually appealing outputs.
5. Lead, mentor, and guide junior designers to enhance the overall creative output of the team.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, styles, and techniques to bring fresh ideas.
7. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
