2. Manage company law matters for both domestic and foreign companies.
3. Conduct internal audits and statutory audits for governments, PSUs, banks, and private companies.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
5. Provide international taxation and regulatory services.
6. Offer management consultancy support.
7. Manage FEMA and RBI compliance activities.
