About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and online research.
2. Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
3. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and progress.
B. Sales & Revenue Growth
1. Conduct product demos, client meetings (virtual & on-site), and presentations.
2. Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
4. Close deals and ensure timely onboarding of clients.
C. Field Sales Activities
1. Perform regular client visits for demonstrations, requirement discussions, and relationship building.
2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
3. Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
D. Inside Sales Activities
1. Connect with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings.
2. Schedule demos and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
3. Maintain follow-up communication and ensure strong lead nurturing.
E. Client Relationship Management
1. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
2. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations proactively.
3. Take regular feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
F. Reporting & Coordination
1. Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, finance, support) for smooth project execution.
3. Share competitor insights and market trends with management.
G. Documentation & Compliance
1. Ensure all documents (proposals, agreements, reports) are prepared accurately.
2. Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data at all times.
