About the Job
Job overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Management Executive to oversee and optimize the lead management process. The role involves handling the entire lead lifecycle—from generation and data maintenance to conversion and reporting—using Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in managing CRM systems and driving lead conversions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through multiple channels to support the sales pipeline and overall business growth.
2. Lead data management: Accurately record and update all lead-related details, including contact information, communication notes, follow-ups, and task progress within Zoho CRM.
3. Data Hygiene & Maintenance: Regularly review and clean up CRM data by merging duplicate leads, removing obsolete entries, and ensuring database accuracy and consistency.
4. Lead conversion: Manage the transition of leads to contacts or clients upon successful purchase or engagement, ensuring a smooth handover to the respective teams.
5. Follow-ups & nurturing: Execute timely and consistent follow-ups to engage prospects, build relationships, and increase conversion opportunities.
6. CRM administration: Maintain and manage Zoho CRM dashboards, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
7. Reporting & analytics: Generate, analyze, and present CRM-based reports and insights to track lead performance, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead management strategies and ensure high-quality pipeline progression.
