About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Incorporate various types of companies in India, including Wholly Owned Subsidiaries and LLPs
2. Manage conversions such as a Public Limited Company to a Private Limited Company and vice versa
3. Conduct secretarial audits for listed, public, and private companies
4. Prepare due diligence reports and search reports
5. Draft petitions for company revival, condonation of delay for charges, and shifting of registered office
6. Handle increases in authorized and paid-up capital, including conversion of loans into equity and issuance of bonus shares
7. Conduct share transfer audits and share reconciliation audits
8. Convert financial statements into XBRL format
9. Facilitate voluntary strike-off procedures for companies and LLPs
10. Draft original and supplementary agreements for LLPs
11. Prepare and file legal documents such as notices, board reports, and resolutions
12. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and FEMA
13. Assist in completing annual filings for companies and LLPs
14. Manage creation, modification, and satisfaction of charges
15. Ensure compliance with regulations related to beneficial ownership
16. Prepare and file various e-Forms under the Companies Act 1956 and 2013
17. Handle trademark applications, file replies to trademark objections, attend trademark hearings, and manage trademark oppositions
